    • International Delivery Timelines: Overseas shipments typically take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country, local courier clearance, and customs processing.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Due to strict health, hygiene, and international safety standards for personal care, FMCG, and wellness items, our terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 2 hours of placing them, or before order processing begins. Once an order is dispatched or handed over to our shipping carriers, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • 10-Day Return / Guarantee Policy: We offer a 10-day return policy for unopened, unused products preserved in their original factory packaging with all seals intact. (Note: For international returns, shipping and customs costs are non-refundable and return freight is borne by the customer).
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged in transit, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please take clear photos/videos of the package and reach out to us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We will issue a free replacement or process a full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened personal care products, hygiene items, or used grooming products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Refund Processing: Once a returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
